I’ve wanted a pink Christmas tree from Treetopia for years but Trent always vetoed the idea until Piper came into the world. I think he understands pink isn’t going anywhere now that he’s a girl dad! Piper’s first birthday is in a few weeks and we’re gearing up to have a colorful birthday party in our backyard complete with fake snow and a shed turned into a gingerbread house. I’m so excited! Since the party will be mainly outdoors, I decided to transform our screened porch into a colorful winter wonderland!
I wanted the space to be fun and festive but also not worry about Piper breaking any of the ornaments or decorations. I used shatterproof round balls, the cutest little unicorn garlands and a variety of sweet inspired ornaments to match her birthday party theme. Then of course I added in some disco ball ornaments for a little sparkle! I’m typically a more is more type of gal when it comes to decorating a Christmas tree and I have to say this tree is no exception, ha!
I added in some wrapped boxes underneath the tree and a gnome santa she LOVES to play with. We have a blue bar cart we keep on the porch for entertaining so I decided to dress it up, too! The bottom is mirrors so I covered it with fake snow and colorful trees for a wintery effect. Last but not least, plastic bottles filled with milk and a plate full of snickerdoodles for a little festive treat!
On the other side of the porch I used the pink garland with coordinating ornaments and mesh bows to frame the windows and backdoor. I love how I can see it through the windows when I’m sitting in the living room!
What do y’all think? If you could pick any color Treetopia tree, which one would you choose?!
Be sure to check out how each of these talented ladies decorates their trees each day this week!
Thanks to Treetopia for partnering with me on this post. As always, thank y’all for supporting the brands who allow me to produce colorful content for a living! All thoughts and opinions are my own.
