This little company of mine has grown more than I could have ever imagined in 2018 and I’m so, so grateful for the continued support. I have big dreams for 2019 and I’m looking for an assistant to start mid January.

I’M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Lives in Houston

  • Is able to drive to my house in the Meyerland area 2-3 days a week

  • Is able to work 15-20 hours per week

  • Is extremely organized, self starter

  • Is not afraid to keep me in line! :)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage my projects and calendar

  • Keep me organized and ahead of deadlines

  • Help setup and cleanup for photoshoots

  • Assist with social media - scheduling content in Planoly and Hootesuite

  • Creating graphics for blog posts and Pinterest

  • Handle Pinterest scheduling through Tailwind

  • Run errands for photoshoots

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Owns a laptop

  • Experience with project management

  • Social media experience preferred

  • Strong writing skills

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design

  • Basic camera skills is ideal

FAQ’S

  • I live somewhere else, can I apply? Unfortunately, I’m only looking for someone local at this time.

  • I’m a SAHM but can work while my kids nap, is that okay? Due to last minute projects and hands on work, I really need someone with consistent kid care.

  • I want to start a blog, can you teach me? I’m looking for someone who could help long term so if you’re looking to learn how to start your own gig, this probably isn’t a good fit.

  • I already have a part-time job, can I apply? To be honest, I’m really looking for someone dedicated and doesn’t have too many irons in the fire.
